Your next chapter begins with you.

For women of any age, in any industry or season of life, who feel stuck and are ready to find their next chapter of success. Confidence to move forward. Success on your terms.

The cover of Empowered Women by Esther Findlay.

The book

A new chapter, on your terms.

For the woman asking, “Is this all there is, or is there more for me?”

Success is not one destination, one job title or one version of a well-lived life. What matters to you can change. A path that once felt right may no longer fit, and deciding what comes next can be both exciting and uncomfortable.

Empowered Women speaks to women of every age and industry who feel stuck, are navigating a transition or are ready to pursue a new chapter of success. Esther Findlay brings the spirit of women mentoring women to a conversation about confidence, leadership, connection and moving forward with intention.

The book invites readers to reconsider the pressure to do everything alone, recognize the value of support and define what meaningful success looks like for them. Its message is not about becoming someone else. It is about making room for who you want to become, asking for what you need and taking action before the entire path is clear.

Press release

Your next chapter of success does not have an age limit.

Empowered Women by Esther Findlay speaks to women across industries and stages of life who feel stuck and are ready to move forward.

A meaningful next chapter does not require a perfect plan. That is the invitation at the heart of Empowered Women, a book by Canadian business leader, speaker and mentor Esther Findlay.

Written for women of any age and industry, Empowered Women explores confidence, mentorship, leadership and connection. It speaks to readers who are starting out, navigating change or questioning whether the version of success they have been pursuing still fits.

“Be bold in your vision, clear in your plan, and relentless in your actions. You don’t need all the answers, just the courage to begin,” says Findlay.

The book invites women to define success on their own terms, recognize the value of support and take a meaningful next step. Its central message challenges the idea that achievement requires doing everything alone. Instead, it makes room for women mentoring women, sharing perspective and helping each other move forward.

Findlay’s career at IG Wealth Management began in 1990 and has included senior regional and national leadership roles. Her work with women brings together leadership experience, mentorship and a commitment to building confidence and connection.

Empowered Women will be published by FriesenPress in February 2027. The book is 216 pages. Format, pricing and ordering details will be announced on the book page.
